Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are considered as accepted upon order of a floorplan by the client.
Floorplans are prepared on the information received from the client. Upon sign off by the client, the final draft and the information represented by the completed floorplan that is then sent to the client by The Floor Plan People is the responsibility of the client. Copyright is retained by The Floor Plan People and unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
The Floor Plan People reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a sketch without reservation. In the exceptional rare event of this occurring The Floor Plan People will contact the client to explain, return the sketch and refund any payments made. The Floor Plan People take no responsibility for the non receipt of emails or faxes.
Floorplans are for illustrative purposes only, are not to scale and should be viewed with this in mind. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure accuracy, all measurements, positioning, fixtures, fittings and any other data shown are an approximate interpretation. The Floor Plan People will not be held liable or responsible for any error, omission, miss-statement or use of any data shown on the final draft. For this reason our disclaimer (a copy of which is at the bottom of this document) must be kept attached to each displayed floorplan.
Drafts prior to sign off will have clear indication by the client of any amendments or alterations to enable The Floor Plan People to create the final plan. Sign off by the client is required prior to release of the final floorplan and is taken as acceptance by the client that the floorplan is correct and meets all criteria required by the client.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a £5.00 administration fee to cover any subsequent alterations required after the initial final sign off has already been acted upon and has been completed.
Pre-payment is required before commencement of any work except for account holders and/or commercial clients. Invoices will be issued by The Floor Plan People at month end and payment will be required within 10 working days. Invoices will be sent via email unless instructed otherwise. Late payment will be subject to a surcharge as stipulated in the Late Payment Legislation.
The Floor Plan People reserve the right to adjust the pricing structure at any point in time. Any such alterations will be published on our website. Account holders will be given advance notice of any changes to the pricing structure and any changes will not take effect until the following months invoice.
